Yandex strives to host events free of all discrimination against anyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation, health status, physique, race, political views, or religion. Behavioral standards help create a community based on kindness, cooperation, and mutual respect.

The organizers will not tolerate any form of harassment, intimidation, or humiliation. Offensive language or images are not supported or permitted in any form as part of events, including speeches, training sessions, parties, partner stands, social media, and all other online media. The rules apply to all communication formats: online, offline, published work, and related events.

Anyone who violates the rules may be suspended from further participation at the discretion of the organizers.
